MyFloridaDivorce.com is a legal document preparation service. We assist self-represented individuals in completing and filing divorce documents in Florida. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, representation, or legal opinions. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed Florida attorney.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you
- Are at least 18 years old
- Are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- Are representing yourself in your legal matter
3. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Using this site does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Any optional attorney document review offered is performed by an independent, third-party attorney, who may or may not be licensed in Florida. No legal representation is provided through this site.
4. Independent Mediators & Attorneys
Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediators and licensed attorneys who provide optional services through this site are not employees, partners, or affiliates of MyFloridaDivorce.com. We do not receive any referral fees for optional add-on services.
5. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site to obtain services on behalf of someone else without consent
- Submit false or misleading information
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices for our services are listed on the Site and are subject to change at any time. Payments are processed securely. All fees paid are for document preparation services only and do not include government court filing fees, unless specifically noted.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued only if requested within 72 hours of purchase and prior to the submission of your completed interview questionnaire. Once the questionnaire has been submitted, services are considered rendered, and no refunds will be provided.
Please note: Refunds are not available for optional attorney document review or mediation services, as these are fulfilled by independent third parties. No refunds will be issued after the 72-hour period, regardless of questionnaire status.
8. Court Approval Guarantee
We guarantee that documents prepared through our service will be accepted by the court, provided that:
- All information you provide is truthful and complete.
- You follow our instructions for notarization, filing, and deadlines.
If the court rejects your case due to our error, we will revise the documents at no additional cost or offer a refund.
9. Privacy
Your use of our Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, design, graphics, logo) is the property of MyFloridaDivorce.com and may not be copied, modified, or reused without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
