1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund only if your completed interview questionnaire has not yet been submitted. Once the questionnaire is submitted, document preparation is considered in progress, and your service is deemed rendered.
Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of purchaseand before the questionnaire is submitted. No refund will be granted after 72 hours, regardless of whether the questionnaire has been submitted.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are final and non-refundable once purchased:
- Attorney Document Review
- Mediation Services
- Court Filing Fees or Fee Waiver Assistance
- These services are considered fulfilled once scheduled or initiated and cannot be reversed.
3. Situations That Are Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
