Refund Policy

At MyFloridaDivorce.com, we strive to provide prompt and professional legal document preparation services. To ensure transparency, please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund only if your completed interview questionnaire has not yet been submitted. Once the questionnaire is submitted, document preparation is considered in progress, and your service is deemed rendered.

Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of purchaseand before the questionnaire is submitted. No refund will be granted after 72 hours, regardless of whether the questionnaire has been submitted.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are final and non-refundable once purchased:

  • Attorney Document Review
  • Mediation Services
  • Court Filing Fees or Fee Waiver Assistance
  • These services are considered fulfilled once scheduled or initiated and cannot be reversed.

3. Situations That Are Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

1. You and your spouse reconcile or decide not to proceed with the divorce
2. You change your mind after purchase
3. Your spouse passes away after the service has started
4. You do not meet the residency or legal requirements to file in Florida
5. You experience technical difficulties (e.g., computer or printer issues)
6. You fail to request corrections or necessary modifications
7. You decide to hire an attorney after using our service
8. You or your spouse alter the documents without our help
9. You initiate a chargeback or dispute without a valid reason
10. Your case becomes contested or your spouse refuses to sign
11. Delays or court-related issues beyond our control occur

4. Administrative Processing Fee

If a refund is approved, a $50 administrative processing fee will be deducted from the total refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@lwj.mzh.mybluehost.me with your:
  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the refund request
